We are patient with you, and we teach you to be patient with yourself, by never giving up on you!

Our exercises are designed to get you and your children physically fit, lose body fat, develop lean muscles, condition and strengthened all your core muscles, to teach you habits of health and nutrition. We design your workouts to target all areas of your body. Once we see improvement we help you manage your success by creating routines that keep you slimmed down, stimulated and challenged.

Our trainers go through extensive training that emphasizes practical exercises for children and adults. We work and support all of our trainers to bring you maximum results.

Classes have a maximum of 15 kids. Our children's classes are designed to be small in numbers, so that personal attention is magnified. It's like getting your own personal trainer, without the cost.

Our teen program is for those who want to have a place to go and hang out with their friends. Therefore, this encourages them to work on improving their health and fitness and having a good time in a safe and clean environment.

Our coaching staff works with each teen to develop a Coach/Client relationship. Through that relationship we mentor our teens by helping them with issues of puberty, peer pressure, self confidence and more.

Our lesson plans are packed with challenges, games and exercise. The cornerstones of our teachings include:

  • peer leadership and peer counseling by working with our clients to encourage one another through games and challenges
  • letting our (children, youth, teens) totally express their uniqueness
  • building exercise through lesson plans that are designed to target all the developmental growth
  • OTHER SERVICES THAT WE PROVIDE:

  • mentor athletes (and our aspiring athletes) by teaching them to develop their work ethic, understanding their skill set, and focusing their efforts. We do this by designing routines to showcase their abilities and challenge them to bring out the best they can be
  • develop circuit training for our young adults and college students. Our circuit training boot camps are designed to lose body fat, increase energy, speed up the metabolism
  • improve cardio-vascular health. Our goal is to have fun while doing exercise, as that keeps you engaged and coming back for more
  • create nutrition plans, which are designed for youth to make proper choices of food intake
  • design college students meal plans that can be managed around busy class schedule and lifestyles
  • At Effective Youth our goal is to make a difference. Our trainers have extensive training that emphasizes practical exercises for children and adults. This ensures that you and/or your child's training will give you the real results that you need.

    For Kids: our goal is to build and increase self-confidence, self-esteem, self-discipline, and work ethics for children; through exercising, improving muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardio vascular health. We work with kids from ages 3 to 18 to evolve their workout routines, as they develop through their various stages of growth. All of our classes have exercises that are effective and safe. We make sure that the kids are always motivated and having fun while becoming fit. Classes are filled with exercises that keep a good pace with new and exciting goals to reach.

    For Parents: research has proven that unhealthy habits are passed down to children from their parents. Don't allow yourself and your child to become another statistic. Inspire your child to get active by being active yourself. We believe anyone can be fit... this includes you! Our program allows parents to get back into shape while your children understand that exercising is a great way of life.
