Effective Youth Summer Boot Camps are designed to pour all of our efforts in your child's development. We assess them individually and develop lesson plans to target all the needs of the class. Our boot camps are designed to be fun and structured. Our kids work hard during the summer on their developments in a fun atmosphere. Our Boot camp results are amazing. Kids lose body fat, increase cardio vascular health, develop lean and tone muscles, learn new skills, improve work ethic, increase stamina, agility and balance. We teach them and work with them on self-discipline through our nutritional counseling.
Most importantly our kids look forward to coming to camp to work hard. They love it! 

Boot Camp ages 5-8 ( June 27 - August 25 )
Tuesday and Thursday 9:00-11:00 a.m. in "We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym", Encino

This boot camp is designed to work with children in a small group of 14. Build good cardio vascular health, lean muscles, courage, muscular strength, muscular development, learn team sports, self-discipline, good sportsmanship , self-esteem, and fun challenges.

Boot Camp ages 8-11 ( June 27 - August 25 )
Monday and Wednesday 9:00-11:00 a.m. in "We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym", Encino

This boot camp is fun and intense. It's designed to keep working and building with children through the summer in a fun atmosphere. We work with development, muscular strength, cardio vascular system. Teaching them team sports, challenges, self discipline, good sportsmanship, games, and interaction with a coach. We work to improve their skill level in a fun class. We use character building skills and fun physical fitness activities.
