In Home Training Individual
For those clients who don’t like to go to the gym. Can’t seem to find the motivation after buying the membership? Tired of wasting money buying memberships and never going because you can’t find the time?  We have come to help! Effective Youth matches you with a trainer that fits your needs.  We come to your house and all is needed is a small area. We’ll work with you to lose weight and core conditioning, muscular strength, muscular endurance, strength flexibility and cardiovascular. It becomes so much easier in training your desires when you have a trainer knocking on your door. It improves your level of consciousness, self discipline and willingness to get the energy you need to make a difference in yourself.  For some clients going to the gym makes them feel uncomfortable. Some people are shy and some don’t want to pay the membership fees.  Whatever your reasons, Excuses be gone with our In Home training Service.

Most of our exercises are done with using your own body weight.  We pay attention to any injuries and help you rehab old aching joints by helping you to grow stronger.  We are patient with you and we demand your best effort by teaching you through challenging exercises. We learn you and fully asses your ability, strength, weaknesses, balance, cardio, and abilities.

Private Fitness Sessions for Kids
Private Sessions with Children give the children an opportunity to work one on one with a Coach.  Personal sessions help push the children the extra mile.  Personal sessions give our children a better understanding of the exercises which helps them have more fun in the class; improves their self esteem; builds on their self confidence by helping the children gain more ease during regular class.   Private Sessions allow us to customize to their needs and fine tune their strengths and weakness.
