Class Schedule

Yoga for Kids

This class is designed to influence children's behaviors and moods. This calming class increases self-confidence as children learn to conquer physical goals for themselves. This class teaches listening skills, helps relieves stress in child's bodies, teaches the child not to give up and the deep breathing techniques helps children relax and slow down.

Fridays 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Toddler Pre-K class

This dynamic children's class is fun and energetic. The class sizes are small. We focus on exercising using Cognitive Challenges and Critical Thinking Skills through physical activity. We begin teaching and working with balance, flexibility, agility, coordination, posture, self-control and self-awareness.

Mondays and Wednesdays - 9:30am - 10:15am Tuesdays and Thursdays - 10:15am - 11:00am

Mommy Get Fit class - Women ages 25-55

Get back in shape and get ready for summer. This class is designed to improve cardio vascular health, increase self discipline, lose weight, build self confidence, flatten your core, strengthen muscular strength and muscular endurance, decrease BMI and have you looking and feeling great.

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 9:15am - 10:15am

Youth Fitness One (children ages 4-9)

Our Youth Fitness One class is filled with love. This class focuses on development, courage, leadership, agility, timing, balance and cardio, cardio, cardio. They learn to follow instructions, demonstrations. The energy in this class is always exciting. We help them to develop their physical abilities to tap in to their never before seen potential. The results are amazing!

Youth Fitness (children ages 7-12)

Our Youth Fitness class is creative. This class loves games and challenges. The girls love cheer leading and the boys love winning challenges. This class works with circuit training, aerobic exercises, and competitive fun exercise games. This class is always positive and the energy is always clean. We focus on cardio, core, muscular strength and muscular endurance.

SUMMER BOOT CAMPS FOR CHILDREN AGES 5-11

This boot camp is fun and intense. It's designed to keep working and building with children through the summer in a fun atmosphere. We work with building their courage level, interaction, leadership, muscle development, muscular strength, and cardio vascular system. Teaching them team sports, challenges, self discipline, good sportsmanship, games, and interaction with a coach. We work to improve their skill level in a fun class. We use character building skills and fun physical fitness activities.

Monday-Thursday 9:00am - 11:00am - June 27-August 25
