"My daughter is a nationally ranked, All American, Jr Olympian. For the past ten months we have had the honor of having Coach Kee as her personal trainer. My daughter has enjoyed every secession with Coach Kee. I am convinced its the highlight of her week. She always leaves Coach Kee feeling that she has accomplished a new personal goal. By having her write down everything she eats on a daily basis helps with her food intake and tracks how much water she is really drinking. Coach Kee explains the importance of the meals and how they affect the body. Coach Kee plans each hour of the session to target different parts of the body. "I would like to say a few things about Coach Kema, or Coach "Kee", as my daughter fondly and respectfully calls her. I met her after my ex-husband enrolled our daughter in one of her summer programs. He was very impressed with her and sang praises, I was intrigued. After I had a chance to study her style of coaching, i must say I can see why my daughter absolutely enjoys being coached and trained by her and why she just adores and looks up to her! She is a wonderful child's trainer and coach. She is tough, yet kind and gentle. She motivates the children while encouraging them when she feels they need to push themselves harder; yet she knows their physical abilities and boundaries. My 14 year old son, in fact, just asked me to train with her this summer in order to prepare him for his high school freshman year in sports. I am a very protective mother and I have entrusted my children with her impressive training skills. I am certain my children will build their strength, endurance and athletic prowess under her tutelage. In fact, I cannot wait until my one and a half year old boy is old enough to train under her.
